We offer only the ground (land) shipping option.

Delivery Options:
a. Standard – 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
b. Express – 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays and rural delivery areas).
Order Processing Times:
Standard – Orders placed before our shipping cut-off time of 12.30pm, will be shipped the same day (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after our cut-off time 12.30pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or Bank holidays will be processed the next business day.
Express Delivery – Orders processed before our shipping cut-off time of 12.30pm will be shipped the same day (Monday to Friday). All orders placed after the local cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on Weekends or Bank holidays will be processed the next business day.
Alternation in Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes:
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Tracking your Order:
Once your order has been dispatched, we will be sending you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Please do not except the product if the box is open.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:
We strive you to be completely happy with your purchase but product once open, will not be excepted. Refunds will be initiated within 3-5 days after we receive the package. No exchanges, sorry.
